What do you do at Mikkeller?
My business card says: Web, Sales & Relations on the front, and Lucky Luciano on the back. Besides being a lifetime member of the worldwide beer mafia, I bring out beer, create videos for the web and blog. I also do a lot of beer tastings, visit other breweries and travel a lot.
Which Mikkeller Beer is your favorite and why?
Nelson Sauvignon. It’s smooth, dry and vinous. Just the way I like it.
How did you join the firm?
I wrote the thesis for my master’s degree about Mikkeller at the University of Copenhagen. With my diploma in hand, Mikkel asked if I would work for Mikkeller for a few weeks – that was nearly 4 years ago.
When not at work?
I am a passionate home brewer, and when I’m not brewing beer or participating in beer tasting or reading books about beer, I love to go to Mikkeller Bar and drink a few beers.
