What do you do at Mikkeller?
I’m the newest member of the crew. At the time I’m mostly responsible for lifting heavy stuff and making sure our beer gets to where it’s supposed to when it’s shipped out into this big beer world. Also I am the unhandiest handyman in Copenhagen.
Which Mikkeller Beer is your favorite and why?
My overall favorite must be Jackie Brown, since it’s everything I’m not. Tall, dark and handsome!
How did you join the firm?
Friends of mine work both at the bar and the office. When in need of an uncomplicated dude to help out, I sprung to mind.
When not at work?
In spite of my handicap of being Swedish I’ve assimilated quite well in the Scandinavian beer capital of Copenhagen. I’ve been known to belt out a song, spin a yarn and raise a cup or two. Occasionally I lurk around graveyards with the missus or just take her out for ice cream.
