Restaurant Manager at the first true Sichuan Experiment!

Another exciting Mikkeller project is in the making! We are bringing the first true Sichuan experience to Copenhagen.

We are on the lookout for an experienced Restaurant Manager with an excellent eye for detail in order to make this dream come true.

We value a Manager who can build up the right team as well as motivate them by making the restaurant a fun and interesting workplace. We also expect that you are a great role model by leading from the front during service in order to ensure the best possible guest experience. In addition, you must be able to maintain a cool head in busy situations while you delegate your team’s responsibilities and alter them last minute if needs be.

You should also be curious about exploring and developing expertise in the Sichuan Cuisine as you will be our ambassadeur to introduce and/or serve this crazy delicious concept for our guests.
