Mikkeller is first and foremost about beer: a world of hops, malts, barrel aging, spontaneous fermentation, licorice, coffee, passion fruit, cherries, chili, cocoa etc.

Since opening the first bar in Copenhagen in 2010, Mikkeller has grown to include more than 40 different locations around the world, and exports their micro-brewed beers to more than 50 countries.
