Cheese is good. So is beer. So it’s time for Mikkeller Bone Dry Cheese Fondue!
And we have been playing around with the cheese wizard of them all, Mads from Arla Unika and with a lot of hard work we have brought our very own recipe to perfection. It’s based on different cheeses from Arla Unika and has the unique Mikkeller twist with a good portion of Mikkeller/Boon Bone Dry geuze in it. This balanced out the dish in a way we have never experienced before. Adds a nice kick of acidity while it emphasizes the funkier notes in the cheese.
We’ll prepare the food on the spot and serve it with loads of cheese, cooked potatoes, pickles and country bread. And of course some of the raw cheeses. Also Mads will spread out his cheese knowledge for everyone interested. And he promised to bring a little surprise too.
