We are delighted to announce that we will have 4 of Boon’s amazing lambics on tap on Saturday October 7th from 10AM. It is the first time in A LONG TIME that these beers have been available on tap in California.
We are receiving the following amazing kegs:
– Framboise Boon is a traditional Belgian Lambic fruit-beer. It is brewed according to the traditional Lambic style of spontaneous fermentation. Only fresh raspberries (25%) and wild cherries (5%) are used for this Lambic beer.
– Kriek Boon is a traditional Belgian Lambic fruit-beer. It is brewed according to the traditional Lambic style of spontaneous fermentation. Only fresh cherries (25%) are used.
– The origin of the Boon beers of spontaneous fermentation. This Lambiek has aged on oak casks for two years and has a delicate taste.
Boon Oude Kriek:
– Oude Kriek Boon is one of the finest examples of the 100% spontaneous fermentation fruit-Lambic style. 400 g of wild cherries per litre are fermented together with a blend of young and old Boon Lambic that has been aged in oak casks.
