On Saturday, April 1st, we invite you for a hands-on lecture on how lambic ages, and the processes that are involved. Our resident Belgian will not only share some of his personal experiences, but will also give you some for yourself that are absolutely memorable!

For 250 DKK, you will receive:

– A pour of very young lambic, brewed in 2016.

– A pour of lambic from 1999, showing the aging process across nearly 20 years.

– A pour of lambic from 1957, showing development across more than half a century.
